Esther Ayebare
Program Finance Team Leader
Esther | Accountant & Scholarship Advocate
Esther is an accountant by profession and a passionate advocate for children who face barriers to education. Her commitment to this cause is deeply personal. Having lost both of her parents at just two years old, Esther experienced firsthand the challenges of growing up without the support many children depend on.
Esther was fortunate to receive educational support from a donor, an experience that shaped her understanding of the life-changing power of someone simply choosing to help.
Today, Esther carries a deep burden for children who are unable to attend school because their families cannot afford tuition and essential scholastic needs. Despite having a modest income herself, she faithfully contributes to the Lighthouse Farms International scholarship fund whenever she can.
Her hope and prayer is that her story will inspire others to join the cause—so that more children can receive an education, discover their potential, and have the opportunity to build a brighter future.
